Based around cable machines and free weights, our strength classes provide you with a full body workout revolving around cable machines and free weights. Our sessions are full body workouts designed so you can do classes every day, feeling the burn after each and every class but yet ready and able to take on the very next session. Think push/pull, upper/lower, front/back full body splits. With full flexibility on weights, these sessions can be as intense as you need them to be!

Our hybrid workouts are designed to provide you with a low impact, effective calorie burn while still completing full body, functional workout at the same time! Perfect after a long week of work – or working out. Gentle movement based cardio and resistance, foam rolling, stretching. Mobility and recovery exercises to freshen you up, help the body recover and get ready to do it all over again.
